For our cabana cocktail specialty of late summer, our house moonshine has been casked since Byregot's rising Moon in a Cieldalaes rum barrel from Lookout Distillery.With deep charred caramel-toffee notes, salt wind kissed spices, and smooth hints of overripened banana yeasts and dried papaya, this exceptional aged rum flavors our slippery sting of Nopales and Millioncorn right in the oak barrel. We've added Laraha orange liqueur, and a sweet almond and orange blossom oregat syrup.Served on the rocks with fresh lime juice and galago mint sprigs in a keepsake cup carved with traditional Aloalo sparrow, whale, and turtle designs... along with very own Cantina sabotender too!(Ask for an extra floater of Lookout Overproof on top to really pack a punch!)
